Rookie of the Year Cap Henry (#04) stops into the studio to talk about his trip to Australia to race and about Team CHR's decision to compete with the O'Reilly All-Star Circuit of Champions in 2010. Calling into the R&R Studio this week is Doug Berryman (#65) who will be returning to Fremont Speedway in 2010 in a 305 Sprint Car, while also competing in a few asphalt shows. EPISODE 34 (12-16-2009) The Last Lap FASTcast hosts Brian Liskai & Scott Barman talk about some silly season news surrounding the world of dirt track racing and talk about some upcoming events for F.A.S.T. including the FASTfest II Concert at The King's Den. Calling into the R&R Studio this week are 410 sprint car drivers Daryn Pittman (#17) and "The Snowman" Lee Jacobs (#24H). Also dirt truck drivers Craig Holland (#71) calls in after showing marked improvements in 2009.

Due to high winds in the Fremont, Ohio area the power was lost at the studio and we were unable to talk with "The Snowman" Lee Jacobs, but he will be on next week's show.
